Hi, thanks for stopping by.
My name is Sarah, I am a mom of two and the proud owner of The Sweet Table NYC. As a teenager, I was the unofficial family party planner, specialty baker and designer. As a young adult, I started getting calls from friends and then strangers, requesting my help for their upcoming events, but I was not officially in this line of work.
My passions lie in parties, design and art. Combining the three was simply a natural occurrence. I've worked in the corporate world for some time, but I noticed my creative energy dying, so I left that life behind and jumped back into doing what I love, full time!
I have the pleasure of working with a diverse customer base in NY and beyond. From Orthodox Jews in Borough Park, Brooklyn, to the New York City LGBTQ community. The artists of Ditmas Park, the suburban families in Rockland County and many others. Make sure to check out my recent events in Israel and Ukraine.
I take pride in my ability to cut costs without cutting quality and am constantly working on building up a team of the best vendors out there so I can help you actualize your dream.

Let's bring your vision to life
virtual Event design
You don't really want or need an on site planner or coordinator, but you would like some direction on the design and layout of your event. We offer remote or in person design consultations.
Full Planning
When you go with a full planning package; we start from the beginning. We help you find a venue, caterer, photographer etc. We plan the design, layouts, decor and handle rentals of dishes, linens and anything else you need for your event.
Partial planning
You've already done some of the work but are ready to bring an extra pair of hands on deck. We help you fill in the blanks. Be it finding a venue, but not a caterer, planning the menu or setting up the floor plan. Whatever you need, we got you covered.
Day Of Coordination
Wether you choose to go with the full or partial planning package, we will be with you 100% on the day of your event. We will coordinate with all the vendors and event staff, direct setup and breakdown after the event. It is your day to relax and enjoy the party, your job is done, its our turn now!
